Hi! I’m Hannah and I love creating delightful illustrations that evoke warm, fuzzy, nostalgic feels. A total introverted maximalist in life, home and work, and generally want to become a little magical swamp goblin from a fairytale. This will involve all the stereotypes of drinking lots of tea (black, no sugar), reading lots of epic books (Fantasy, Dark Academia please), and of course creating rich illustrations that are full of tiny details.

I’m available as a picture book/chapter book illustrator, adore creating book maps across fiction genres, and can be hired by brands of all sizes, who need images that are going to tell the story of their brilliance.

I’m often inspired by, and love working with people/brands that are also into; adventure, folklore, sentimentality and magic. By magic, I don’t just mean the spells and moon gazing type (although, totally here for that too), it’s the little everyday type. The delight of a new seedling you weren’t sure would grow peeking through the soil, a secret warm pastry in the supermarket carpark after school drop off, hot chocolate and a book after being soaked by unexpected rain, the moment you put on clean pyjamas that a loved one had popped on the radiator for you. The little magic. That’s what I love to capture in illustration and pass on to others.

Here’s some excellent folks I’ve helped make little magic with:
